United Kingdom
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — free on all orders up to £200
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — free on orders over £200
International
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed — free on orders over £50, otherwise £6.99
- FedEx Connect Plus — free for orders over £300
- International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
All Orders
- All shipments are fully tracked and insured.
- Packaging is plain and secure — no branding, logos, or terms such as "diamonds" on the outside.
United Kingdom
All UK deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail's secure, tracked services. Orders under £200 are sent via Tracked 24, which provides end-to-end tracking with photographic proof of delivery.
Orders over £200 receive Special Delivery, which includes signature confirmation. Both services guarantee next working day delivery.
To receive Royal Mail delivery updates, please ensure your email address is accurate at checkout. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time and stay informed throughout the delivery process.
International
For orders under £300, we courier via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
For orders over £300, we provide complimentary FedEx International Connect Plus delivery. Both services are fully tracked and may incur customs duties and import taxes at your destination.
All international shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Typical delivery times are 3-5 business days for Royal Mail and 2-5 business days for FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
At The Carat Club, we’re confident in the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase the following returns policy applies:
- Products must be returned within 30 days by the customer.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- Your order must be returned with its original packaging. Each stone will be inspected, tested and weighed to ensure it is the same product we sent originally.
- Custom cut stones are excluded from our returns policy, unless faulty or otherwise agreed in writing
If your purchase meets the above criteria a refund will be issued within 2 days of return.
Exchange Policy
In the event you bought the wrong item and would like an exchange the following exchange policy applies:
- Products must be returned within 30 days by the customer.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
- Your order must be returned with its original packaging. Each stone will be inspected, tested and weighed to ensure it is the same product we sent originally.
- Custom cut stones are excluded from our exchange policy.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@thecaratclub.co.uk to initiate the exchange. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The new item you would like instead
Once we receive your request, we will review it against our returns & exchanges policy. If the exchange is approved, you will need to post the original item back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the new item as soon as possible.
- If the new item is cheaper, we will issue a partial refund for the difference.
- If the new item is more expensive, we will charge you the price difference before dispatching the new item.
How To Return
Returns and exchanges must be made by delivery. We ask that you follow these important steps to return your purchase.
- Email us at info@thecaratclub.co.uk, or use the Get In Touch page. This is essential before returning your order.
- When confirmed with your point of contact, you should package your item with the original packaging to the return address given.
- We ask that you return items within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery depending on the value, making sure the package is tracked and insured. Make sure you obtain proof of posting.
- For international returns, select a reliable courier, ensure tracking and insurance, and collect proof of dispatch.
